RT9168/A 是適合可擕式產品使用的 200mA/500mA 低壓差、微功耗線性穩壓器，其輸出電壓範圍為 1.5V~5V，電壓精度為 2%，可與低 ESR 電容配合穩定工作，僅需 1μF 陶瓷電容即可穩定工作。RT9168/A 以內建的 P-MOSFET 為調整元件，在重載和直通期間都不會造成更大的地電流消耗，在關機模式下幾乎完全不耗電，是電池供電產品的理想選擇。它還具有電流限制保護和過溫保護功能，可以 SOT-23-5 和 SOP-8 封裝供貨。
